|Recommended: NoNot good — not good
|Recommended: YesDecent — I’m content here, there was quite a bit of damage to the walls and there were a few things that I wish had been done before we got here, things that were broken and needed to be fixed. The showers and baseboards were filthy. After a lot of cleaning, it’s turning up and looks a lot nicer. There isn’t as much cabinet space as I was hoping for two people, but we got a couple of things in the dining room to add some space. Overall, once I was fully moved in and had cleaned a lot, I was more content and I believe that this will be a good home. It looks really nice now and the more I’m here, the happier I am with everything. The damage doesn’t make me hate the place by any means, I truly am happier here and the maintenance team is so nice. I don’t think I could’ve found a place that is as nice as this and with this price. A bit of damage is something you may have to deal with and cleaning is just something you may have to do but once everything is fixed and finished, it’s a beautiful place to be in.

|Recommended: YesGood place for college students. — Extremely safe to live here, every room has a panic button for police. Facilities are nice, with a well-maintained pool, fitness center, and half-court basketball. Staff are excellent, particularly Sophia, who has been a wonderful help the entire time I've lived here. In 2-BR units, each bedroom has its own bathroom, lock on the door, and built-in computer desk in the corner. Units are layed out such that only the kitchens abut each other, so there is very little noise spill-over from one apartment to the next. Location is reasonable for students, though you will need a car, bike, or bus pass. Relatively quiet you can hear a few parties on the weekends, but nothing obnoxious. I've never been woken up because someone was partying too loud while living here. Dog-friendly, there are several designated areas for walking your dog. Parking isn't too much of a problem you won't always be able to get a spot directly in front of your building, but on those rare occasions there was still plenty of parking in the guest lot for the night. All in all, a good place to live. Safe, clean, good location, and a friendly, helpful staff
